FAQ

In an effort to better serve our customers, A & J Collision Repair Center has prepared a list of answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If your question is not listed below, or you require additional information, please contact an A & J Collision Repair Representative.

When will the repairs to my vehicle be complete?

Because of the many steps involved in collision repair it is difficult to estimate the amount of time it will take to complete repairs. Completion time is dependent on insurance approval, parts availability, and compensating for any supplements that may not included in the original estimate. These are only some of the steps involved in the repair of your vehicle, and each step may occur in its own time frame, making it impossible to determine an exact completion date. For this reason, A & J Collision Repair recommends that customers with an available Internet connection monitor the progress of their repair job online from either work or home to get daily updates on their vehicle.

My vehicle is still under warranty. Does it need to be repaired at the dealer?

No. Not every dealership has their own collision repair facility, and they may send your vehicle elsewhere for repairs. In fact, dealerships are focused on selling cars, and supporting their vehicles with parts and sales. At A & J Collision Repair, collision repair is our only business! Your vehicle’s warranty is with your vehicle’s manufacturer, not the dealer.
